Behind the Veil explores the fragile boundary between what is visible and what is felt. Light appears to pass through the surface, revealing an inner landscape shaped by memory, mystery, and transformation.
Working in layered acrylic and mixed media, I build textured surfaces that move between abstraction and imagined landscape. In Behind the Veil, luminous color passes through a fractured, organic terrain, creating a threshold between what is visible and what is felt. Driven by memory, symbolism, and transformation, the painting looks beyond the veil of reality, where light reveals the traces left by memory and emotion.
