Hannah Fridholm

Hannah Fridholm is predominately a 3-D artist, but she enjoys exploring all mediums depending on the project and direction. Hannah was born in the USA but grew up in rural England where she attended school. After extensive travel and living in many different places around the world, she ended up in Lake Tahoe. She completed her bachelor’s degree in fine art at Sierra Nevada University where she was also the 3-D technician for Ceramics and Sculpture. She became the art technician at Lake Tahoe Community College in South Lake Tahoe before moving to Wilmington, North Carolina where she now resides. Hannah was an artist in residence at Guldagergaad International Ceramics Research Center in Denmark and has work in their permanent collection. Much of Hannah’s work involves processes of preservation and nostalgic reflections. She collects things from her environment and mind creating 3-dimensional collages.
