His work addresses the human condition. He has had over 100 solo exhibitions and more than 500 group exhibitions. He's been awarded numerous grants, including the Guggenheim and the National Endowment for the Arts, among many others. His work is part of major museum collections nationally and internationally, including The Metropolitan, MoMA, the Smithsonian & others.
