“I provide an overview of how women are marginalized in professions that are often seen as masculine. However, in boxing, women have secured a place of prominence. I am concentrating on determination and power, leaving behind defeat and subordination. ‘BoxingBabes’ addresses a broader picture of the definition of reality. We dream, we record, we escape from life, only to be fetched back to reality. It is neither good nor bad. It is how we perceive and chronicle our history.”
