About the artist

Rian Kasner

My name is Rian Kasner, and I hold quite a few titles these days: Designer, Professor, Creative Director, Writer, Student. All of these titles exist in the realm of Graphic Design. I have been professionally designing since 2019, but have been a creator for as long as I can remember, and fell into the world of graphic design during my undergrad years.

As a designer, I am well versed in communication and fulfilling client needs within creative tasks. As a teacher, I find ways to engage students and learn from them just as much as they're learning from me. I contemplate the psychology of human interaction within art when developing my work both digitally and physically as well as in the classroom. I bring a piece of myself into everything that I do, and challenge what is expected in all aspects of my life.
