In response to the pandemic, Finch expanded her exploration of body perception to include sculpture, creating a series of wearable sculptures designed for live performances. These pop-up experiences created an immersive way for the audience to experience themes of voyeurism and how perception changes once we are perceived.
Recent shifts in her artistic focus has shifted her work from narrating others' body stories to introspectively examining her own experiences with body dysmorphia by intertwining large-scale drawing with sculpture. Her ultimate goal is to prompt the audience to contemplate their own bodies within the context of their life's narrative, considering how this self-awareness influences their interactions with others and contributes to their overall quality of life. Finch continues to create out of her studio in Minnesota.
