He exhibited at Lisa Sette Gallery in Phoenix, and in 2020, presented his first audio project at SMoCA and attended a 7-week Chautauqua Institution Residency in Chautauqua, New York. In 2019, Jagmin was selected for a (4-week) residency at The Studios at MASS MoCA (North Adams, MA). In 2017 he was one of four artists chosen for the Nathan Cummings Foundation Endowment, which included a financial award along with having his work exhibited at the Phoenix Art Museum for 4 months. In that same year, his interactive/performance work, “Your Secret is Safe With Me,” began as a project awarded by the Scottsdale, AZ for the 4-day arts event, Canal Convergence, and has since been presented in various locations around the Phoenix area. He was also selected for a Public Art Creative Residency in Scottsdale, (8-weeks), and honored with a Phoenix Institute of Contemporary Art (PhICA) grant to produce a catalog of his work.
Jagmin received a 2018 Arizona Commission on the Arts Grant Award and exhibited paintings, drawings, and sculpture at the Mesa Contemporary Art Museum in 2016 (with artist, Patricia Sannit). Along with Ms Sannit, he founded the artist collaborative, ArtFarm (since 2012). ArtFarm curates and exhibits a variety of artists work, writes reviews of artist exhibits, and exhibited Roadside Attraction (3 different exhibits) during the pandemic which showcased over 50 artist’s works outside art venues throughout the Phoenix area. Christopher was also a member of the Phoenix recognized art collaborative, EyeLounge.
