ABANDONED PAPER MILL ENCAUSTIC

Whenever I paint this view of the Moore & Thompson paper mill in Bellows Falls, I'm reminded of the Martin Balsam character in LITTLE BIG MAN, who, every time we see him, is missing another appendage.
