Concrete capped stone façade over a base. The monument has metal placard insets. This monument is located in Parowan Canyon on Hwy 143, on the east side of the road, just below (south) of the Forebay holding pond which is at the junction of Highway 143 and First Left Hand Canyon Road (Forest Road 49).
