Engraved granite on stone or stone façade monument. Inscription: "Erected to the honor of Edward Ward. Where the families of Elizabeth Parker and Ann Leather and Grandfather Ward spent the summers of 1860-1880. Erected by 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th generation of his descendants. July 12, 1958."
