Bronze sculptures on a concrete pedestal with a stone façade. Life-sized representation of founding pioneers George A. Smith (standing with flag) and Jacob Hofhiens (kneeling by cannon), and the "Old Sow Cannon." The cannon was a 6 pounder (fired a 6 pound ball).
