Identified in some documents as "Modena Elementary School," it is not designated as an elementary school in Pratt Bethers' "A History of Schools in Iron County 1851-1970." Frank J. Jackson architect and supervisor. Local stone. Original cost: $5,377. Closed in 1953. The third building used as a school in Modena. 1.97 acres. Private ownership.
