A half empty tube of tooth paste may seem mundane. But it highlights routine, care, good habits and for someone struggling with mental health, it embodies the path to getting better, day by day.
The center piece is made with loose brushstrokes of flowing color, while the outer edge and shadow was applied with thick impasto strokes with a pallet knife.
