Arting Gallery is delighted to announce the release of LINLING LU, a special edition art book that surveys the artist’s work from 2010 to present. Comprising 212 pages of high quality color images and selected texts, the book is the first comprehensive overview of Linling Lu’s works including, One Hundred Melodies of Solitude, Passage of Time, Agitated Meditation, and Block Sculptures. Informative, behind the scenes photographs, reveal the artist's creative process and its deep connection to music. LINLING LU includes an introductory essay by Vesela Sretenović, Ph.D, former director of contemporary art initiatives and academic affairs at The Phillips Collection in Washington DC. Chief editor of the book is Danielle O’Steen, Ph.D., art historian, independent curator, and educator. LINLING LU is published by Arting Gallery, designed by Glenn Dellon Design, and printed by Schmitz Press, all Baltimore-based organizations.
