The inspiration for Poinsettia Tree started during a trip to Guatemala where the Poinsettia are tree-sized with blooms larger than I had ever seen towering way above my head. Sun poured in through the upper branches while the bottom remained in shadows. This painting captures that moment of awe upon my first sight of the poinsettia.
Arrives in a 48" X 45" white mat and copper colored metal frame.
