t the moment most my work is about slowing down and finding inner calm within chaos. Looking at the news today and whats happening in the world, finding a pocket of stillness is worth more than gold.For me slowing down is sitting in nature whatching the water. I looked up the dictonary on google and searched for similar words for calm and exhale.and phrases about stillness. I then wrote the words in ball point pen all around the heron type bird in a circle. I remembered i had a gold coloured chrome pen so drew the moon,to create a feeling of quiet.plus it shimers in the light. I have been studying asemtic writing so i find writing calming. Art is the voice of my soul, this is a small part of my voice.
