Primordial Landscapes

Whether working with mixed media, or odd pieces of card, canvas, and paper, artist Judy Weeks more than often starts an artwork with no vision of what will evolve. She is always looking for ways to experiment and interpret a landscape.

Judy loves the challenge of intuitive artmaking and the search for cohesion. Her practice is a daily dialogue between herself and her canvas. Printmaking and life drawing have been significant foundations of Judy's art making practice for over 50 years.
