The Peace Bridge is so meticulously constructed that parts of downtown needed to be closed down not once, but twice for it’s install. Sometimes nature disagrees with design and engineering! I faced that dilemma while making this piece. Being very confident, wood refuses to be anything but itself. The design is precise, yet nature shines through. This 2nd large rendition features Braun the Cat out for his nightly adventures (Braun is removable).
