Katherine Stiles Cogan (1942-2002), was an American artist, photographer, and writer.

She was a member of Pennsylvania Academy Fine Arts Alumni Association, and an elected board member from 1986-1987
Philadelphia City Hall Art Coordinator for the First Municipal Art Gallery, from 1986.

Postgraduate, Tyler School Art, Philadelphia, PA 1975.
Postgraduate, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA 1976.
Postgraduate, Philadelphia College Art, Philadelphia, PA 1980

Certified art teacher New Jersey Teacher Art Cherry Hill High School, New Jersey.
Adjunct member art faculty Gloucester County Community College, Sewell, New Jersey, 1976.
