The Marriage Of The Virgin, 17th Century Workshop of Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) - Huge 17th century Dutch painting depicting the wedding of the Virgin, oil on canvas. The large-scale deception of the Marriage of the Virgin is closely linked to Rubens and his workshop. Frameless. Excellent condition for its age with some touch ups but no significant damage or restoration. This work is closely related to Rubens who made the design of the engraving of Schelte a Bolswert (1586-1659) which is almost identical.
