Xue Zheng, born in Beijing in 1969, graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts (now Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts), and currently works and lives in Beijing, engaging in the creation of installation sculptures and visual works. Xue Zheng has participated in more than 30 important group exhibitions, art expos, and five personal exhibitions both domestically and internationally. His understanding and expression of art are not limited to just traditional things or simple emotional expressions. He believes that the value of abstract and concrete art lies in the grasp of thinking methods. The creative approach of Xue Zheng’s works comes from a self presentation derived from a strong curiosity about unknown fields. The scientific research results indicate that the origin and development of human civilization are not limited to the Earth itself. The advancement of modern quantum physics has exposed unexplainable discoveries, gradually indicating an inseparable mysterious connection between us and the universe. Xue Zheng hopes that his works can more or less express the concept definition of infinity and infinitesimal in the universe, as well as explore the single origin of human technology, culture, and religion that does not originate from the Earth itself.
