Victoria McNeil Le Vine
Vicki Le Vine is known as a Philadelphia artist, but her work reflects scenery from travels near and far. Originally a printmaker and free lance Graphic Designer, she moved to painting in the late 1990s. She is an active person who often passes through the landscape on a bike, skis, or headed for a summit. But she does not miss the beauty, uniqueness, or light of the scenery along the way, her eyes and camera at work capturing specific impressions. Her pieces reflect compositions and memories from these outings, some created on site, others later in the studio. She works primarily in watercolor and oil: in a size range from miniature to full sheet or large canvas.
