“Amongst the Thorns” reminds me somewhat of the famous cabbage patch babies except the cabbage patch is replaced with thorny aloe. Children are often so very unaware of the dangers life provides and the reality of the world which they must learn to navigate. “Amongst the Thorns” was created to acknowledge the journey ahead, the challenges ahead and empower each of us to rise above the thorns.
