Gift of John Andrew MacMahon '95

"Canale della Guidecca" is part of an ongoing series, “Horizons.” Begun in 2001, the array of featured locations – from the icebergs of Iceland to the skyscrapers of Dubai to the pastures of the United Kingdom – are linked by a horizon which continues in a similar position from image to image. The series is meant to suggest an unfurled view of the surface of the globe.
