Artist: N. Jay Jaffee (American, 1921-1999)
American photographer. Jaffee's formal training came after he had been photographing for some time. His first major solo exhibition was “Inward Image” (1981) at the Brooklyn Museum. He has work in the collections of major museums including the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian Institution and the National Portrait Gallery.
