American sculptor. Moroles earned his BFA from the University of North Texas (1978) and was an apprentice to Luis Jiménez. His works were featured in the US, China, Egypt, France, Italy, Japan, and Switzerland. He also served 4 years in the US Air Force. Moroles is best known for his abstract granite pieces created with diamond saws. He described his work as a discussion of how man interacts with nature, and he invited viewers to physically interact with his sculptures.
