American printmaker and ceramicist. Olsen received his MA from UCLA (1967). He co-founded the Santa Raparata International School (SRISA) of Art in Florence, Italy where he taught printmaking until his return to the United States (1981). He now serves as the SRISA President and teaches printmaking, drawing, and digital media at the University of Texas.
