American painter, printmaker, writer, and curator. Morgan completed his graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and then taught at East Carolina University and later the University of Minnesota, where he is currently the Head of Drawing/Painting. He has also served on the North Carolina Arts Council, the Art Journal Editorial board of the College Art Association, and recently on the Nomination Committee of the CAA. He currently resides in Minneapolis where he shares studio space with his wife.
