Lithuanian-born American painter, lithographer, and photographer. Studied art at the National Academy of Design. He traveled to Africa and Europe to study works of renowned artists such as Pablo Picasso and Raoul Dufy. His works can be found in many institutions including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the National Gallery of Austrailia.
