Women’s voices are needed to create a vision of peace and tolerance and defend the values dear to our society. My poster focuses on a Palestinian woman concerned about achieving a peaceful and just resolution in the Palestinian/Israeli conflict as Israel continues to reject Palestinian sovereignty in Jerusalem. The dove, representing peace, is just beyond her grasp, but she keeps trying.
