On September 5th 2019, Teena Acree’s uncle, Byron Williams, was chased, subdued and held to the ground by Las Vegas Metropolitan police for allegedly neglecting to display operable lights on his bicycle. Police-cam footage shows one officer’s knee positioned at Williams’ back and another officer at his legs, while Williams pleads, “I can’t breathe.”
