Item description: A black and white photograph centered on a woman on her knees facing away from the camera. The woman is curled up beneath a dead shrub whose branches extend upward from where her head should be. Deep shadows concentrates at this spot, enveloping the woman, which dissipates into less contrasting greys and whites for the surrounding forest scenery of twigs and undergrowth.
