New York City-based painter and multimedia artist Ash Ferlito works to express the distinction between private identity and public exposure, self-advertisement and comfort. She has exhibited in North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe, with residencies at Marble House Project in Dorset, VT; and at the Sointula Art Shed Residency in Sointula, B.C., Canada. Ferlito is a member of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, class of 2012. Her Time Capsule installation at the Barrick Museum of Art will be opened in 2044. UNLV AIR 2014.
