Item description: The surface of this framed print is covered with a mass of tiny dots. The dots are colored blue, yellow, red, and white everywhere except for some discrete areas of brownish yellows and reds that spell out the words “Made in U.S.A.” in large capital letters (written by Andrea Noonoo).
