Tethered horizontally and stiffened vertically by dowels slotted into stitched pockets, the fabric threads its way in and out of the supports, sometimes evoking the sails of four‐master, at other times the sight of material coming out of a loom. Blue fabric cotton cloth with four rods across the width of piece.
