A letterpress record cover for a 7" vinyl record. Cover is for the band Polvo's album "Celebrate the New Dark Age" Recto: designed to look like a label for an orange flavored beverage. Top right corner: a graphic of a whole orange and an orange wedge. "POLVO" is the largest text and is in red. Under the bands name is the title of the album in metallic copper. Other text includes the record label, and middle eastern calligraphy. Verso: graphics include images of oranges, flora and a crowned shield flanked by filigree with the bands name in it. A lime green border runs along all edges of the album cover. Construction: front cover with four back flaps that enclose the record. Colors: red, metallic copper, lime green, pale, warm toned gray.
