MessageIan van Coller is a South African visual artist and photographer known for his work exploring environmental change, cultural identity, and the intersection of art and science. He received his National Diploma in Photography from Technikon Natal in Durban, South Africa (1992); his BFA from Arizona State University (1996); and his MFA from the University of New Mexico (2003). He has served as a Professor of Photography at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT since 2006.
