Barry Andersen is a Professor Emeritus at Northern Kentucky University who has been taking landscape photographs for over 30 years. His most recent work in digital photography has allowed him the freedom to play with the picture in ways that painters generally take for granted. With digital imagery, he can readily remove objects from a scene and slightly alter the landscape to enhance the structure of the picture and clarify the visual experience he is seeking.
