Randy Hansen is an award-winning, internationally-known artist with more than 50 years of work in various media in Los Angeles, Santa Fe and Tucson.

In 2013 Randy's work was featured in Mayor Jonathan Rothschild's second Gallery exhibition. In an interview Randy talks about how the desert evokes emotion and he uses desert patterns to amplify the intrinsic desert colors and integrate them to achieve an emotional response by the viewer.

Hansen is a former advertising executive who ran an agency in Los Angeles before moving to Tucson. In 2007 he ran the Creative Photography Group at La Paloma Family Services - teaching photography to at risk students age 12 to 18.
