This body of work explores recurring layers of memory and reflections on time while engaging the viewer in a playful array of light and texture, allowing for their own particular associations to come through. Distant, fragmented, childhood memories of summers at the beach in Greece playing in the sand, building castles and dreams while the bright sun was blinding, making everything look golden.
