Changing environmental protection policies, deforestation, fracking, global warming are some of the current environmental issues we are facing. The dripping flowers represent our fragile planet and our impact on our environment.

This is a continuation of the series Urban Flora, inspired both by Andy Warhol's work and by the oasis that NYC parks provide against the urban backdrop of fragmented skyscrapers. The Celandine Poppy is on the endangered species list in Canada and classified as “imperiled” or “rare” in several U.S. states. It is designed on a grid of 4 panels that work well individually as well as in a vertical or horizontal orientation. The panels represent building windows of urban living. Has a nice texture throughout. Sides are painted for a finished look.
Ready to hang on heavy-duty stretched canvas. Tetraptych, consists of 4 panels. Signed. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity. *ships in a box.
