I love this particular location on Riverwalk, a view I've painted many times, at the entrance to the second field heading east from River Park. At a certain time of day the sunlight backlights and illuminates the tree foliage like a stained glass window. Riverwalk is a beloved, scenic, urban greenway that stretches almost 2 miles along the Eno River through the heart of Hillsborough, NC.
