Makala Aayana (b. 1998, Atlanta, Georgia ) is a Caribbean-American artist, podcast host, and facilitator, currently based in the American South. Rooted in wellness, storytelling, and intentional living, Makala blends an exploration of the intersection of creativity and healing. Through multi-media artwork, podcasts, and creative wellness workshops, Makala cultivates a much-needed space for reflection, connection, and self-discovery. While her practice is driven by curiosity, there is a strong commitment to pouring into community well-being and highlighting the value of creative expression.
