Collage Montage

My work is a celebration of portraiture through the medium of collage, where I fuse my love for realism with the raw textures of cut paper. Creating realistic representations of companion animals, flying friends, and, even, myself, I craft each portrait using paper, paint, glue, and a careful balance of skill and imagination. I approach each piece with the same intention—capturing the essence of my subject, whether it's the subtle play of light on skin or the depth of an animal’s gaze.
Inspired by figurative painting, sculpture, and drawing, my collages explore the human connection with both the natural and personal worlds. Every piece becomes a journey of deconstructing and reconstructing, where layers of paper reflect the layers of identity, emotion, and life itself.
I hope to transport viewers into a space where they can feel the vitality of the subjects, almost as though the paper itself has a pulse. Through this work, I seek to challenge the boundaries of realism while still honoring the intricate beauty found in life’s most intimate portraits.
