Muscadines, are a sweet treat at the end of a long summer. This piece depicts seeding leaves backlit by the autumn sky.
It reminds me of the muscadine pies that Grandma Bryce used to make. She would also make us juice from the fruit and pour over shave ice. In the early 60’s she was such an innovator for her time!
