Artist: Simon Fokke (Dutch, 1712-1784)
Simon Fokke was a Dutch designer, etcher, and engraver. Born in Amsterdam, Fokke was a pupil of J. C. Philips. He engraved small portraits and vignettes for publishers. His work is held in the British National Portrait Gallery.
