A GOOD MORNING’S WORK.
Miss Whippet-into-Shape feels quite pleased with herself. As Scotty turned his attention to trying to determine who had “appropriated” Salvadog Dali’s painting, she had passed Scotty a written note. It read,
“I micro-chipped the painting. All we need to do is scan the suitcases and we’ll find it.” And so they did. And lo and behold, they scanned the red suitcase being tightly held under the table between the knees of the two indogspicuous characters who had boarded the train at midnight in Lausanne. They opened the suitcase and promptly returned the painting to Salvadog and Puggy. The two indogspicuous characters were lead away to join the other unsavoury criminals aboard the train, everyone shouted “Hooray”, and Curl suggested Dog PerIgnon all around. And so, Miss Whippet-into-Shape turned and announced, “I’ll be off then ..... the Chiennale has begun and I need to be there. Curl has kindly arranged a helicopter to collect me.” And, ever so capably she descends the carriage steps and is whisked away to Venezia.
