- Herbert Dewey Ohm
This print was made by the Kallitype process. Normal procedure for this process was varied to the extent that the paper was first coated with a silver nitrate solution in order to secure good blacks. Paper used was Strathmore single weight, smooth. Exposure was made in the studio using a Seneca 6.5x8.5 view camera, equipped with a Ross-Goertz Dagor lens. Lighting arrangement not recalled excepting that a certain amount of back-lighting was employed. The flowers are Nirems [sic] and the leaves from a Canna.
