在訪問的一個故事中，一位離散港人在決定離開後，帶著伴侶走到公園，努力向對方說明自己的想法以及重新開始的計劃。他希望對方能理解並感到安心。這樣描繪未來的場景充滿感動，就像他們在黑暗中努力尋找光明，直面不安的未來。我將這一刻畫了下來，表達那份對未來的期盼與堅定。

“And then, we will live well. I truly believe it.”

In one of the stories I heard, a displaced Hong Konger, after deciding to leave, brought their partner to a park. There, they tried hard to share their thoughts and plans for starting over, hoping to bring understanding and reassurance to their partner. This scene of envisioning the future was deeply moving, like watching them strive to find light in the darkness, confronting the uncertainty ahead. I captured this moment in my artwork, expressing their hope and determination for the future.
