Born in 1975. Mr. Ogawa graduated from the Asagaya College of Art in 1997. After graduation, he worked as a freelance illustrator to create illustrations for advertising companies, publishers, and TV Station programmes. A series of handmade needle felt dolls were created in 2013. He creates not only needle felt dolls of “Green Cow Garden” series but also more unique artworks. Since 2015, he has been co-operating with How2work to develop the “Naughty Boy” series.
